Collisions and TBI: A very troubling diagnosis

A slight scrambling of the brain can lead to devistating consequences. A small bleed can cause the prognosis of likely permanent malfunction of the brain. Over the years I have had a couple of these cases and they are really troubling. I have one now ~ my client was rear-ended by a young driver not paying attention ... it will probably turn out that the young man at fault was on the cell phone. I hope and pray that my client beats the prognosis and regains his full cognitive powers. Here is a site that discusses the problem in general detail and gives some hope:

TBI symptoms have been known to show up later, after the collision and after the investigating officer has been told "I'm alright" ~ no need for EMT attention. If you have had a head injury in a collision please go to the ER and have an MRI done.

If your loved one has suffered a TBI injury call me to discuss the matter. If I can not help you I will know who can: Newnan Lawyer Keith Prater ~ 770-253-7778
