It happens all the time ~

"I got hurt in a 10 mph accident last year and even my family can't believe I still hurt ~ my spouse is upset with me because I just can't get back to feeling like I did before the wreck."

I hear the foregoing several times every year. Here is the problem: Insurance Company propaganda. A 10 mph collision is considered by the experts [biomechanical engineers] to be a high speed collision. It is not a routine matter. Wreck causers are not everybody ~ they are the rare exception.
